RADICAL BLUR

This tutorial will add an extraordinary twist to your image.

1 Open/Paste your new image and crop it and edit it to your liking.
2 Layers › Duplicate.
3 With the new duplicated layer go to Adjust › Blur › Radical Blur. Change the blur type to spin. Stregth to 10% with Elliptical checked. Set Center to 0, 0, 60. (may neee to change a bit depending on your image)
4 With the selection tool set to circle, make a small circle in the middle of the image, make it as big as the main part of your image.
5 Selections › Modify › Inside/Outside Feather....
6 Check the outside option, and change the percertage to suit your image, mine is set to 94.
7 Hit the delete button on your keyboard.
8 Merge all the layers and your done.
