SITE HISTORY

Like most years ago, I started out with freewebs in 2002. It was full of icons, banners, etc. I loved it back then, thought it was the best thing ever. I eventually started looking at more sites and became friends with some amazing graphics artists, both on and off neopets, i made guild layouts and slowly ventured to small blogs. The friends i had made helped me alot, teaching me new things, telling me about programs and tricks. i got PSP9 and slowly taught myself alot of little things, reading all the latest tutorials and information i could on the program. I slowly started blending and teaching myself more about HTML/CSS and PHP. My sites soon started to become a little bigger and I started getting a few comments a day, i thought i was making it. I decided to try and get hosted so i flicked through my fav sites and one of my great friends hosted me on her mary kate and ashley fansite, calling it 'revolution'. Then when she told me it was closing down for personal reasons i decided to start looking again. Emma accepted me pretty much straight away and i just started a personal blog, but couldnt upkeep it with tafe and life issues. Months later, I got hosted my courtz and started x.zymotica.org, after about 2 months courtz gave up the domain and mel told me she would host me, so here i am at anamarlia.com and im the happiest I've ever been.

Behind The Name

x is pretty simple, I didnt want anything long or easily forgotten. X is simple, and was known on zymotica as anonamous, as i didnt want people knowing who I was. Slowly i gave in but kept the name x. There isnt much to it, but i love it, short simple and easy to remeber, just like me.
